SpringOS runs in the browser, but you can install it like an app on your phone. That puts customers, today’s jobs, and invoices one tap away—useful when you are in gloves, on a ladder, or between stops.
iPhone (Safari only)
- Open springos.co in Safari—not Chrome or an in-app browser
- Log in to your account
- Tap Share (square with arrow at the bottom of Safari)
- Scroll and tap Add to Home Screen, then Add
Why iPhone is different
Apple does not show an automatic “Install app” banner like Android. You must use Share → Add to Home Screen in Safari. Chrome on iPhone cannot install PWAs.
In SpringOS, go to Settings → Install app for step-by-step instructions you can follow in the field.
Android (Chrome)
Open springos.co in Chrome. After you visit a few times, Chrome may show Install app or Add to Home screen in the menu.
You can also use the install prompt on the dashboard when it appears. Installed apps open full-screen without the browser address bar.
