Your enterprise credit pool is separate from subscriber credits. Purchase credits in the hub, optionally enable auto top-up when balance drops below a threshold, then allocate to subscribers manually or via API.

Webhook events credit.pool.purchased, credit.allocated, and credit.pool.low notify your systems when pool activity occurs.
