Open and manage in-app support conversations with the SpringOS team.

Open a ticket
- Go to Settings → Support Tickets (visible on active plans for owners and managers).
- Click New ticket, describe your issue, and submit.
- Replies appear in the ticket thread — you'll see unread counts under Messages.
Response priority
- Agency — priority queue.
- Pro — standard priority.
- Starter — basic priority.
