Support Tickets

Open and manage in-app support conversations with the SpringOS team.

Open a ticket

  1. Go to Settings → Support Tickets (visible on active plans for owners and managers).
  2. Click New ticket, describe your issue, and submit.
  3. Replies appear in the ticket thread — you'll see unread counts under Messages.

Response priority

  • Agency — priority queue.
  • Pro — standard priority.
  • Starter — basic priority.
