Job Scheduling

Schedule work on the calendar, update status, and close jobs into invoices.

Set up

  1. Optional: under Settings → Jobs & assignment, enable employee assignment and self-claim limits if your crew books their own work.
  2. If you use Auto Scheduler, bookings from the widget will create jobs automatically (see the Auto Scheduler guide).

Schedule a job

  1. Go to Jobs → New job, or convert an accepted estimate.
  2. Pick the customer, date, time, duration, and services.
  3. Assign an employee if assignment is enabled.

Run the day

  1. Open Jobs to see the calendar and list views.
  2. Open a job to update status (scheduled → in progress → completed).
  3. Add job photos, notes, and then Create invoice when the work is done.
