How license codes work, included Starter codes, and subscriber redemption.
Access codes are monthly subscriptions billed to your enterprise Stripe customer at 30% below retail. When a business redeems a code, they become your subscriber with the plan attached to that code.
Code statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| available | Paid and ready to share |
| pending_payment | Checkout started, not paid yet |
| active | Redeemed by a subscriber |
| suspended | Payment failed — CRM access paused |
| expired | No longer valid |
Enterprise includes a limited number of included Starter codes each billing period. Pro and Agency codes require checkout per code.
