Managing subscribers

Each subscriber is a separate SpringOS company linked to your enterprise account. Their customers and jobs stay isolated in their tenant — you manage billing access, not their CRM data.

Subscriber list

• Company name, owner email, plan, and license status
• Customer count and credit balance per tenant
• Search by company, owner email, or access code

Actions

• Allocate credits — move credits from your enterprise pool to a subscriber
• Suspend access — deactivates their license until payment is restored
