Estimates

Create, send, and convert quotes using your products catalog and pricing rules.

Before you start

  • Set up your Products catalog first — estimates pull line items and pricing from there.
  • Configure minimum job price and travel fees under Settings → Company if you use them.

Set up

  1. Go to Products and add each service with a price and unit (flat, per sq ft, hourly, etc.).
  2. Under Settings → Company, confirm business types and global pricing rules.
  3. Optional (Pro+): connect Stripe under Settings → Invoices and set a default deposit % under Settings → Follow-up for online approval.

Create and send an estimate

  1. Go to Estimates → New estimate, or open a customer and start one from their profile.
  2. Select the customer, add line items from Products or enter custom lines.
  3. Review totals — minimum job price and travel fees apply automatically when configured.
  4. Save, then use Send to email the customer or copy the public approval link from the estimate detail page.

After the customer responds

  • Accepted estimates can be converted to a job or invoice from the estimate detail page.
  • If deposits are enabled, payment status updates on the estimate when Stripe checkout completes.
