Open Dashboard — the revenue funnel panel shows counts and dollar amounts at each stage for your selected date range.
| Stage | What to do if deals stall |
|---|---|
| Leads | Follow up from Customers or Messages — send an estimate |
| Estimates | Resend or call on open quotes; enable deposits for faster commitment |
| Jobs | Confirm schedule and mark complete when work is done |
| Paid | Reconcile any unpaid invoices still open from completed jobs |
