Go to Settings → Credits to see your balance, monthly included messages, and recent usage by feature.
What uses credits
- SMS sends beyond included allowance (speed-to-lead, follow-ups, manual texts)
- Email sends beyond plan limits on Starter and Pro
- Some automated workflows when your monthly pool is exhausted
Buy more
- Purchase credit packs from Settings → Credits or SpringOS Store.
- Enterprise resellers allocate from their pool via Enterprise hub or API.
