Credits & messaging limits

Monitor usage, buy more credits, and understand what consumes them.

Business Platform includes 5,000 credits each billing period. Email (1), SMS (2), AI estimator drafts, scrapes, and other metered actions spend from that pool. When monthly credits run out, purchased credit packs keep you sending. Monthly credits reset each billing period; purchased credits roll over.

View balance

Go to Settings → Credits to see monthly remaining, purchased balance, and recent usage by feature.

What uses credits

  • Email sends (1 credit each)
  • SMS sends (2 credits each) — speed-to-lead, follow-ups, manual texts
  • AI estimator drafts and related AI actions (see Credits settings for current rates)
  • Template follow-ups use send cost only; optional AI rewrite adds 1 credit

Buy more

  1. Purchase credit packs from Settings → Credits or SpringOS Store.
  2. White-label subscribers buy credits through their reseller (Connect checkout with reseller markup).
