Roles at a glance
| Role | Typical access |
|---|---|
| Owner | Billing, company settings, API keys, delete account |
| Manager | Customers, jobs, estimates, widgets, integrations |
| Employee | Assigned jobs and limited customer visibility |
Invite someone
- Go to Settings → Team (owners and managers only).
- Click Invite, enter email, and choose Owner, Manager, or Employee.
- They receive an email, set a password, and land in your company dashboard.
Pro allows up to 5 users. Agency is unlimited. Starter is owner-only unless you upgrade.
