Onboarding walkthrough
What each onboarding step configures and which settings you can change later.
After signup, onboarding collects the minimum information SpringOS needs to generate accurate quotes and organize your CRM. You can revisit every choice later in Settings.
Company & business type
Your business type drives default service catalogs, widget copy, and industry templates. Multi-service companies can select more than one type on Pro and above.
Pricing & services
Import pricing from a screenshot, pick preset services, or enter rates manually. These services power the quote widget, estimates, and invoices.
Widget & contact form
Onboarding surfaces embed codes for lead capture. Pro plans unlock the full quote calculator; Starter plans can still use the website contact form.
After onboarding
- Dashboard shows your revenue funnel and recent activity.
- Customers created from widgets appear automatically with source tags.
- Billing and plan upgrades live under Settings → Billing.
