Speed-to-lead automation

What it does

When someone submits your quote widget, contact form, or books via the scheduler, SpringOS can immediately text/email the visitor and notify your team so you respond within minutes.

Set up

1. Go to Settings → Follow-up.
2. Enable speed-to-lead.
3. Choose SMS and/or email notification recipients (typically owner or manager phones).
4. Customize the first auto-reply message visitors receive.
5. Ensure you have credits or plan allowance — automated SMS and email consume your messaging pool.

Triggers

• Quote widget submissions
• Contact form messages (when auto-create customer is on)
• Auto Scheduler bookings that create new customers
