Website Contact Form

Enable the embeddable contact form and handle inquiries in Messages.

Set up

  1. Go to Settings → Widgets → Contact form.
  2. Enable the form and choose whether to auto-create a customer on every submission.
  3. Copy the embed code and add it to your website.
  4. Optional: match colors under Settings → Widgets → Appearance.

Handle inquiries

  1. New submissions appear under Messages with an unread badge in the sidebar.
  2. Open a thread to read the message and reply by email from SpringOS if needed.
  3. Convert the lead to an estimate or job from the customer record once you've qualified them.
