Enable the embeddable contact form and handle inquiries in Messages.

Set up
- Go to Settings → Widgets → Contact form.
- Enable the form and choose whether to auto-create a customer on every submission.
- Copy the embed code and add it to your website.
- Optional: match colors under Settings → Widgets → Appearance.
Handle inquiries
- New submissions appear under Messages with an unread badge in the sidebar.
- Open a thread to read the message and reply by email from SpringOS if needed.
- Convert the lead to an estimate or job from the customer record once you've qualified them.
