What lands in Messages

  • Website contact form submissions
  • Support ticket replies from SpringOS

Daily workflow

  1. Open Messages from the sidebar — filter by All, Unread, or type.
  2. Click a thread to read and respond.
  3. Link or create a customer record so the conversation ties to your CRM.
