- Website contact form submissions
- Support ticket replies from SpringOS
- SpringOS Store product inquiries (custom widget, website, etc.)
- SMS threads when Twilio is connected (see SMS inbox guide)
Daily workflow
- Open Messages from the sidebar — filter by All, Unread, or type.
- Click a thread to read and respond.
- Link or create a customer record so the conversation ties to your CRM.
