Quick start

SpringOS is built for owner-operators and small crews who want website visitors to become booked, paid jobs, not lost form submissions. Every account is installed by the SpringOS team. There is no self-serve trial signup.

1. Book a consultation

1. Submit the contact form at springos.co/contact and book a sales call.
2. A SpringOS representative reviews your business, agrees on pricing in a custom proposal, and sends an installation checkout link when you are ready.
3. After payment, the team configures your custom website, widgets, and CRM.
4. Invite managers or employees from Settings → Team if you need help running the CRM.

2. Capture leads from your website

• Your concierge install includes the quote widget, contact form, and Auto Scheduler wired to your CRM.
• Open Settings → Website & follow-up to review lead capture and branding.
• Turn on speed-to-lead alerts so you get SMS or email the moment someone submits.

3. Quote, schedule, and get paid

• Use the dashboard walkthrough to create your first estimate, job, and invoice.
• Send estimates from the CRM or let the widget create them automatically.
• Collect deposits on approval when Stripe Connect is connected.
• Schedule jobs with Auto Scheduler (included) and track completion from the Jobs board.
