Quick start

Create your account, complete onboarding, and publish your first lead capture in under an hour.

SpringOS is built for owner-operators and small crews who want website visitors to become booked, paid jobs — not lost form submissions. This guide walks through the fastest path to value.

1. Start your trial

  1. Choose a plan on the pricing page and create your owner account.
  2. Complete onboarding: company profile, business type, and optional pricing import.
  3. Invite managers or employees from Settings → Team if you need help running the CRM.

2. Capture leads from your website

  • Enable the quote widget (Pro+) or contact form (all plans) under Settings.
  • Copy the embed snippet and paste it on your site, or use the hosted widget URL.
  • Turn on speed-to-lead alerts so you get SMS or email the moment someone submits.

3. Quote, schedule, and get paid

  • Send estimates from the CRM or let the widget create them automatically.
  • Collect deposits on approval when Stripe Connect is connected.
  • Schedule jobs with the Auto Scheduler and track completion from the Jobs board.
