AI receptionist widget

Configure and embed the AI chat widget that answers questions and captures leads.

Set up

  1. Go to Settings → Widgets → AI Receptionist.
  2. Set the greeting, tone, and business context — pull from your company profile or add custom knowledge text/URLs.
  3. Preview the chat experience in settings.
  4. Copy the embed script and add it to your website alongside other widgets.

When visitors chat

  • The assistant answers using your services, hours, and uploaded knowledge.
  • When contact details are collected, a lead can be created in your CRM.
  • Review conversations and follow up from Customers or Messages.
