Pro+AI receptionist widget
Configure and embed the AI chat widget that answers questions and captures leads.
Set up
- Go to Settings → Widgets → AI Receptionist.
- Set the greeting, tone, and business context — pull from your company profile or add custom knowledge text/URLs.
- Preview the chat experience in settings.
- Copy the embed script and add it to your website alongside other widgets.
When visitors chat
- The assistant answers using your services, hours, and uploaded knowledge.
- When contact details are collected, a lead can be created in your CRM.
- Review conversations and follow up from Customers or Messages.
