Estimate deposits & approval

Set up

1. Connect Stripe under Settings → Invoices.
2. Go to Settings → Follow-up and set your default deposit percentage.
3. Create or open an estimate and use Send or copy the public approval link.

Customer flow

1. Customer opens the link, reviews line items, and clicks Accept.
2. If a deposit is required, Stripe checkout collects the card payment.
3. Estimate status updates to accepted; you can convert to a job or trigger scheduling.
