Delete your account
How owners can close their SpringOS login, what data is retained, and billing cancellation.
Account owners can permanently close login access from Settings → Account → Delete account. You must type DELETE and confirm your password.
What happens
- Stripe subscription is canceled immediately.
- All users and API keys for the company are removed.
- Customer records remain stored for platform operations (admin lead database).
- Widgets and public booking links stop working.
Enterprise accounts with active subscribers cannot self-delete until subscribers are migrated. Contact support.
