Affiliate program

Earn recurring commission by referring service businesses to SpringOS — terms, payouts, and how to share your link.

The SpringOS affiliate program pays partners for every subscription month their referrals pay. Sign up at /affiliate/join and manage referrals from the partner dashboard at /affiliate/login.

Commission & referral discount

  • Earn 15% of each month's subscription payment for every customer you refer, for as long as they stay subscribed.
  • Referred customers get 10% off any plan for the first 3 months at checkout.
  • Upgrades and downgrades pay commission on the actual amount charged.
  • Refunds or chargebacks void unpaid commissions for that customer.
Commission rate scales with qualified active paying referrals (active or past due, not canceling): 15% base, 18% at 15+, 20% at 30+. A referral counts toward your tier after 60 days as an active paying subscriber. Approved partner program affiliates earn 25% (set by SpringOS). Your current rate applies to each new commission when a referral pays. Commission becomes available 60 days after each payment (or when they cancel after paying). Upgrades and downgrades use your rate on what they actually paid. Refunds or chargebacks void unpaid commissions or reduce your cash-out balance if you already cashed out. Referred customers get 10% off any plan for the first 3 months.

Payouts

  • Commissions become available 60 days after each referred customer's subscription payment.
  • Cash out anytime once your available balance is at least $25.
  • Connect a bank account through Stripe Connect from your affiliate dashboard before requesting a payout.
  • A $2.00/month account fee applies only in months when you have a cashable balance.
Cash out anytime once your available balance is at least 25 and your bank account is connected via Stripe. Commissions move from on hold to available 60 days after each referred customer's subscription payment.

Share your referral link

  1. Join at /affiliate/join and complete signup.
  2. Open your affiliate dashboard and copy your trackable short link (springos.co/r/your-code).
  3. Optional: set a custom code from your dashboard — 3–20 letters/numbers, not case-sensitive.
  4. Share the link on social, email, or your website.
  5. When someone signs up through your link, they are attributed to you and the referral discount is applied automatically.

Track performance

  • See active trials, subscribers, and conversion counts on your affiliate dashboard.
  • View per-referral status: trialing, subscribed, or churned.
  • Monitor available, held, and pending commission balances before cashing out.
