Outbound SMS

Send automated and manual SMS follow-ups, invoices, and alerts through SpringOS.

What SpringOS sends by SMS

SpringOS sends outbound SMS only — follow-ups, invoices, review requests, speed-to-lead alerts, and auto-replies when someone submits a quote or contact form. There is no customer SMS inbox or reply thread in the app.

Where SMS is used

  1. Settings → Follow-up for estimate and form follow-up channels.
  2. Settings → Invoices for invoice delivery.
  3. Speed-to-lead for instant owner alerts and visitor auto-replies.
  4. Completed jobs for review requests when SMS is selected.
Outbound SMS counts toward your plan message allowance and may use AI credits when AI drafts are enabled.
