Connect Stripe Express for retail checkout and understand wholesale seat and credit metering.
Resellers collect retail revenue on Stripe Connect Express. SpringOS bills you separately on the platform account: the $299/mo Enterprise fee plus metered wholesale for seats and credit COGS.
What subscribers pay you (retail)
- Subscription checkout on your connected Stripe account
- Credit purchases at your markup over platform COGS
- Optional trial length you configure (0–14 days)

- Open Enterprise → Payments.
- Connect Stripe Express and complete onboarding until charges are enabled.
- Keep Connect active before inviting subscribers — checkout requires it.
Seat and credit meters sync daily. Active and past-due (unpaid grace) seats are counted per plan; purchased credits report platform COGS to your wholesale meter. White-label hub and new signups require an active (paid) Enterprise subscription.
