Enterprise & white-label
EnterpriseWhite-label setup (click by click)
End-to-end checklist: custom domain, branding with no SpringOS traces, reseller Stripe for SaaS sales, and subscriber invoice Tap to Pay.
Use this checklist so subscribers and their end customers never land on springos.co for day-to-day work. There are two money paths — keep them separate.
| Who pays | What for | Which Stripe | Where money goes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Your subscribers | Monthly plan + credit packs on your brand | Enterprise → Payments (reseller Connect) | Your business |
| Their customers | Job invoices / Tap to pay | Settings → Invoices → Connect Stripe (on that company) | That service company |
Part A — Your reseller brand (no SpringOS in the product)
- Sign in as the Enterprise account owner.
- Open Enterprise from the sidebar (Enterprise hub).
- Go to Branding. Set App name, logo, primary/accent colors.
- Turn on Hide “Powered by SpringOS” if you want zero SpringOS mention on public pages.
- Optional: set a support email customers/subscribers should see.
- Save branding.
Part B — Custom domain (links use your domain)
- Still in Enterprise, open Custom domain.
- Enter a hostname such as app.yourbrand.com (subdomain recommended).
- At your DNS provider, create: Type CNAME · Host app (or the subdomain you chose) · Value platform.springos.co.
- Return to Enterprise → Custom domain and verify / wait until status is Active (SSL is automatic).
- Open https://app.yourbrand.com/login — you should see your logo and app name, not SpringOS marketing.
Part C — Stripe for selling subscriptions (you get paid)
- Open Enterprise → Payments.
- Click Connect with Stripe (Express).
- Complete Stripe’s onboarding (business details, bank account, identity).
- Stay until the hub shows charges enabled / Connect ready.
- Open Enterprise → Pricing and set Starter / Pro / Agency retail prices (or leave SpringOS defaults).
- Set credit markup % if you sell credits.
- Invite a test subscriber from Enterprise → Subscribers (copy invite URL).
- Open the invite on your custom domain and run a test checkout — Stripe Checkout should show as your connected account, not SpringOS.
Part D — Tap to pay / job invoices (the service company gets paid)
- Sign in as the subscriber (or your own company if you also run jobs).
- Open Settings → Invoices.
- Click Connect Stripe and finish onboarding for that business.
- Enable On-site / Tap to pay (and/or Stripe Checkout payment links) as needed.
- Optional: enable Include before & after photo link when jobs have paired photos.
- Open a job → Create invoice → Tap to pay (mobile) or send invoice email.
- The pay page and photo gallery open on your custom domain with your branding — no SpringOS header.
- Card charges settle to that company’s Stripe Connect account (the service business), not the SpringOS platform.
Quick verification
- Subscriber signup URL host = your custom domain
- Invoice email “Pay” / “View before & after” host = your custom domain
- Pay page header = your logo/name only (and no “Powered by SpringOS” if you hid it)
- Reseller Connect dashboard shows subscriber subscription payments
- Company Connect dashboard shows job invoice / Tap to pay charges
